READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING
Please pay attention to correctly filling in all fields on the registration form to avoid later problems regarding the issuance of certificates. Correctly filling in the "email" field is of fundamental importance for establishing the information link.
After registration, a confirmation email will be sent containing the access data to the subscriber area (login and password).
Registration fees must be paid according to the current batch. Submitted papers will be sent for evaluation only after confirmation of payment of the congress registration fee.
ATTENTION: Payment of the registration fee guarantees the registrant participation in the congress, submission of abstract and certificate.
REFUND POLICY
- There will be no refund of congress registration fees if the participant, for any reason, declines to participate;
- There will be no refund of congress registration fees if the work submitted for presentation at the congress is rejected;
- In case of withdrawal from the congress, said registration may be transferred to a third party, as long as both belong to the same category as the withdrawing registrant. To request the transfer, interested parties must send their request by 09/05/2025 to contato@sigaeventos.com.br
PAYMENT BY COMMITMENT
COMMITMENT NOTES will be received by 09/05/2025.
1st Step: Fill out the registration form on the event website and do not make payment after completing registration.
2nd Step: The participant must send the information below to the email contato@sigaeventos.com.br
Contact for the institution's financial sector (Name, Email, Full Address and Telephone)
Name of the participant, already registered in the system, who will have their registrations paid by Commitment.
3rd Step: After payment of the Commitment Note, the paying institution must send proof of this payment to the email contato@sigaeventos.com.br so that the debt can be written off. The respective receipt will be sent by email.
ATTENTION
Commitment Notes that do not comply with the above conditions will not be considered.
If the Commitment Note is not received by the date stipulated in the previous terms, the registrant must make the respective payment at the time of registration, in accordance with their category and the value in effect at the time of payment.
