The Brazilian Society of Biotechnology is offering special discounts ranging from 15% to 40% for group registrations at the 8th Brazilian Biotechnology Congress, which will take place from October 19 to 22, 2025, in Natal, RN, Brazil.

Group Discounts:
✅ Groups of 10 to 20 people – 15% discount per participant.
✅ Groups of 21 to 30 people – 20% discount per participant.
✅ Groups of 31 to 50 people – 30% discount per participant.

✅ Groups of 51 or more people – 40% discount per participant.

How does it work?

1️⃣ Group registrations are only available for the categories of Undergraduate Student Members and Graduate Student Members.

2️⃣ The group leader must send the list of participants to contato@sigaeventos.com.br. Our team will provide discount coupons to the group leader for distribution.

3️⃣ The list must include: full name, CPF (Brazilian ID number), email, and institution of each participant.

4️⃣ All group members must belong to the same institution.

5️⃣ Each group will receive a unique coupon to use at the time of registration.

6️⃣ Once submitted, the list is final and no additional names can be added later.

7️⃣ Each participant may choose their payment method: credit card or Pix.

8️⃣ Promotion valid until September 15, 2025. Don’t wait until the last minute—the sooner you send the list, the better!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING

We kindly ask you to carefully fill in all fields in the registration form to avoid any issues later regarding certificate issuance. Correctly entering your email address is essential for establishing communication and sending important information.

​

After registration, a confirmation email will be sent containing your access details to the participant area (login and password).

​

Registration payment must be made according to the current registration period. Submitted works will only be sent for evaluation after the registration fee payment has been confirmed.

​

IMPORTANT: Payment of the registration fee guarantees the participant’s attendance at the congress, submission of abstracts, and issuance of certificates.

REFUND POLICY

​

• There will be no refund of the congress registration fees if the participant declines their participation for any reason;
   

• There will be no refund of the registration fees if the submitted work for presentation at the congress is rejected;
   

• In case of withdrawal from the congress, the registration may be transferred to a third party, provided that both belong to the same category as the withdrawing participant. To request a transfer, interested parties must send their request by September 5, 2025, to contato@sigaeventos.com.br

PAYMENT BY PURCHASE ORDER

​

1st Step: Complete the registration form on the event website and do not make any payment after finishing the registration.

​

2nd Step: The participant must send the following information to contato@sigaeventos.com.br:

• Contact details of the institution’s finance department (Name, Email, Full Address, and Phone Number)

• Name of the participant already registered in the system whose registration fees will be paid by Purchase Order.
   

3rd Step: After the Purchase Order payment, the paying institution must send the payment confirmation to contato@sigaeventos.com.br so the payment can be recorded. The corresponding receipt will be sent by email.

​ATTENTION

​

Purchase Orders that do not comply with the conditions above will not be accepted.

​

If the Purchase Order is not received by the stipulated deadline, the registrant must make the corresponding payment at the time of registration check-in, according to their category and the current fee at the time of payment.​
